Operations Department

Receive orders via phone, e-mail, fax and the web, forward them to the appropriate production sites and confirm sales on the next day. Manage the logistics and make any adjustments with freight companies when necessary.

Administrative Department

Manage the accounts receivable, accounts payable, costs and other administrative items. Checking the unit price and product specifications on the bills received from each production site is also one of the key tasks.

Sales Department

Build relations with retail and food service clients to propose the best set of products, prices, logistics and marketing methods. Bring back any feedback to improve product development. Make presentations that are original and tailored to the clients’ needs to further develop sales channels.

Compensation is determined based on the role and responsibilities, age, and past experiences of each employee.

Pay Raise: Once a year
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
Year-end bonus added based on performance

Two day holiday per week, national holidays, holiday time off (end of the year in late December-early January, summer), paid time off days, marriage/bereavement leave, etc

Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree from a four year program.
