All employees participate in a training program at the headquar ters and the production sites. At the production sites, mainly concentrated in Kyushu, the sou thern part of Japan, the employees will have the opportunity to tour all the production facilities and meet the producers, as a first step in building relationships with Taishin’s business partners. The program also aims to build and deepen trust among the newcomers.
